Summer Camping Programs

Camp Meeting Reservations

We will begin accepting reservations and deposits for the lodge, dorm, cabins, and the RV section January 4, 2010, at Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center, 3820 Logan Creek Lane, West Harrison, IN 47060, by U.S. Mail only. The office will be closed January 1.

Please read carefully the following information: Drive-in or called-in reservations will not be accepted. Written reservation request with a deposit must be postmarked no earlier than January 4, 2010. Please include information stating what lodging options you are requesting and if for health reasons you need a first floor room.

On January 8 we will begin opening the mail starting with the January 4 postmarked date. After entering all reservations from the January 4 postmarked mail we will move on to the letters postmarked January 5 and so on, until we fill up the lodge, dorms, cabins and RV. This will give everyone the same opportunity of getting their requested lodging.
