| District Assembly |
| The 2008 District Assembly will be held at West Chester Church of the Nazarene, July 17-18, Dr. Nina Gunter, general superintendent, will preside. The NYI Convention will be held Tuesday, July 15, 6:30 pm, West Chester; the NMI Convention is set for Wednesday and Thursday, July 16 and 17; District Assembly will begin with District Superintendent’s report, Thursday evening July 17, at 7:00. The business portion of District Assembly will begin on Friday, July 18 beginning at 8:00 am. We are contracting with Wingate by Wyndham & Meridian Conference Center, 7500 Tylers Place Boulevard, West Chester, OH, (513) 777-1101, for district assembly. The Wingate is located north of Cincinnati, I-75, exit 22, Tylersville Road, go west, second traffic light turn right. The hotel is visible from I-75. The Nazarene block rate will be $99.00 (King or Two Queens). Please feel free to call (513) 777-1101 and book your own room as soon as possible. We have blocked 40 rooms that are available for you. |

| Sympathy extended to the Diehl family on the loss of David Diehl, executive pastor of the Colorado Springs First Church of the Nazarene and son of General Superintendent James H. and Dorothy Diehl, David passed away at 9:20 A.M. (Mountain) Monday, June 23, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Please remember in prayer his wife, Lori, and young daughters Lexi and Dani. For more information click here.
